Why This Resource Exists
Honolulu records do not live in one county jail database. HPD creates arrest reports and adult identification photographs and posts short-lived arrest-log PDFs. State-run DCR operates OCCC and Hawaiʻi SAVIN through VINELink for participating custody status. Hawaiʻi courts hold the later case outcome. Records requests fill gaps when material is not posted online.
This site organizes those official sources and request paths without hosting arrest records, booking photographs, or galleries. An accusation at booking is not a conviction.

- It cannot promise every fee, number, or address is current.
Only HPD, DCR, a court, or another originating office can confirm custody, charges, release, and official record contents.
