Information You Submit
A name or location entered into a search box passes to the third-party provider operating that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling.
An email or contact message may be retained long enough to answer and manage the exchange. It is not shared outside the organization unless the sender directs it, a service provider must process it, or disclosure is legally required.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary server, analytics, and security systems may receive:
- IP address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages visited and time spent;
- referring page, when supplied; and
- request dates and timestamps.
Cookies help measure site use and support features. Browser controls can block or delete them, though some functions may then behave differently.
Reasons Data Is Used
Collected data may be used to:
- operate, secure, and improve site speed;
- route searches to the selected outside provider;
- understand which pages help visitors;
- diagnose errors and abuse; and
- display advertising that may reflect interests.
Other Websites and Advertising
Links lead to HPD logs, DCR and OCCC pages, VINELink, court portals, federal locators, and outside tools. Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s own privacy policy applies. Some advertising companies may use their systems to measure activity across websites and select ads; this site does not control that tracking.
Parties Receiving Data
Personal information is not sold. Limited data may reach search partners processing a query, analytics vendors, advertising networks, hosting or security providers, and law-enforcement or government authorities responding to a valid legal order.
Security Has Limits
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used. No internet-connected service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed breach-proof, however. Avoid sending sensitive custody, identity, financial, or medical details through a general contact message.
Adults Only
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted data may use Get in Touch to request review and deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and verification, a person may request access to personal data held by this site, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. Browser settings also control cookies. Rights can vary by location and may be limited when retention is legally required.
